Dan De La Forest
Before becoming a full-time campus pastor at Chi Alpha, Dan was employed as a chemical engineer. God radically changed his life in college and has called him to campus ministry. His desire is to see everyone know the great love of Jesus and walk out every moment together with Him. He and his wife Sarah, an E.R. nurse at St. Mary's hospital, are currently wrangling two 6-year-olds (Elanor and Isaac) and two 4-year-olds (Cate and Jack). When they do find a moment to breathe, they can be found reading, playing sports, cheering on our MN teams, or actively enjoying the outdoors of Duluth.

Coming in as a transfer student in 2017, Laura got involved with Chi Alpha. Little did she know she would meet her lifelong friends and truly form an authentic relationship with Jesus through a community that would be her home for the next three years. She is in her last year as a Communications major at UMD and is approaching graduation in the spring. Laura enjoys running, hiking, and looking for sea glass along the North Shore. She is passionate about worship, playing instruments and singing. She lives for the hours she gets to spend talking with her girls, figuring out life with the help of a little coffee and a whole lot of Jesus. And most importantly, her goal in leadership is to help people discover their true identity as His masterpieces; intentionally created; sons and daughters of the King.
